Delivery Information

Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days (from Monday to Friday except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday). Order cut-off time is 5:00 p.m.; orders made after 5:00 p.m. will be considered as orders made on the following day. Delivery is HKD50 per address. We offer FREE delivery service for orders above $500 and any hampers purchase to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories (excluding Chek Lap Kok, Tung Chung and Airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and other areas in outlying islands). There is an additional delivery charge of $250 for Chek Lap Kok, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and other areas in outlying islands. Self pick up service is available in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui without minimum order requirement. Please email us for more details. 

We pack your products with great care and they are stored in temperature controlled environments for the duration of the shipment. If your package is not in perfect condition upon arrival, please let us know immediately. We value our customers and take delivering standards very seriously.
